About Becoming & Beloved

This Is My Story. Maybe It’s Yours Too.

I built Becoming & Beloved because I needed it — and it didn’t exist yet.

I’m a survivor.

I know what it is to carry wounds no one talked about — physical, emotional, and spiritual — into adulthood without the words, the support, or the resources to heal them. I spent years in survival mode, not because I was broken, but because my nervous system was doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect me.

For a long time, I thought healing was about willpower. About deciding to feel better. About forgiving and moving on.

It wasn’t until I found the right therapist as an adult that I learned the truth: emotions live in the body. They produce physical sensations. And a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight isn’t making a moral choice — it’s surviving. That realization opened a whole new language for me. And everything started to shift.

I found EFT Tapping. I found gentleness. I found God in a way that was nothing like the religion that had been used to control or shame me. I found that healing is not a straight line, and it is not fast — and that’s okay. You were knit together stitch by stitch, with intention and care. You deserve that same patience in your healing.

I am Becoming and Beloved, even in my weaknesses. And so are you.

I’m a trauma-informed Life Coach. For years I’ve done this work with clients one-on-one — teaching grounding, emotional regulation, and how to name what’s happening in the body. I’ve walked people through EFT Tapping specifically for inner child healing: speaking directly to the parts of you that got stuck, that learned to hide, that are still waiting for someone to come back for them. I know where coaching ends and where clinical care begins — and I take that line seriously.

What I Believe

Healing happens in the body, not just the mind. EFT Tapping meets your nervous system where it is.

You are not dramatic. You are not too much. You are a person whose body learned to survive.

You are already Beloved. The becoming is just the journey home.

This course is for you if…

  • You've tried to heal but feel stuck in the same patterns
  • You grew up in a home where emotions weren't safe
  • You've been told to "just forgive and move on" — and it never worked
  • You're exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready for something that actually reaches the root
  • You're open to faith as part of your healing — or just want gentle, evidence-based tools
